Your customised itinerary will be provided to you as a PDF document with links to book accommodation and activities. Using my links will get you a discount 🙂

This customised service requires me to invest my time in each inquiry. For this reason I can’t offer a refund but if you’re dissatisfied with the service I will do my best to address your concerns.

I’m very fortunate to be well travelled but I haven’t been everywhere in the world. If you request an itinerary for a destination I haven’t been to, I will refund your payment in full.

Every itinerary is completely customised and the TAT depends on the length of the trip and your unique preferences. That being said, it will never take more than 2 weeks to deliver an itinerary. If your departure date is sooner than 2 weeks away, please let me know beforehand.

As a traveller myself, I know that plans change on a whim. If your travel plans change unexpectedly, I’ll make changes to your itinerary for $10 per 30 minutes of my time.
